A chiaroscuro blend of what we have been exposed to recently: screams, whimpers, general confusion, electronic interference, crashes and clatter, apprehensiveness, longing, improvisation, some songs even…

Habib El Bardi (saxophonist) and Ghazi Ben Achour (bassist) are musicians based in Montreal, Québec. They regularly perform in improvisational settings. They also compose film scores and electroacoustic works. Their collaboration stretches back further than they can remember.
Habib and Ghazi are the co-founders of the Montreal-based label and arts collective Interzone Editions. They have recorded and performed in both solo and collaborative settings across France, Canada, and North Africa, with musicians such as Alex Zhang Hungtai, Jesse Osborne-Lanthier, Asaël Robitaille (Orchestroll), CECILIA, and Francesco De Gallo (as part of Worm Ensemble).
