Hanna Hazzan is a visual artist and musician whose works are a genesis, produced by the dissatisfaction and frustration he feels towards the world today.

His works combine different subject areas including, human and animal, body and soul, mind and machine, culture and nature, purity and sin, power and weakness, and many other antitheses.

Thus, creating a surreal mirroring image and sound, reflective of the consumerist capitalist modern age we live in today.

He brought with him this time my recent sound project, it’s called “Mired in capitalism” in this work let him dive you in a a noisy mire of sounds and lost chords fusion straight from the occupied holy lands, we hope you enjoy the journey!

We have long been drawn to the metaphor of mud as a symbol of the human condition. Just as mud is both earthy and transformative, artists navigate a terrain that can be fertile yet treacherous. In this section, we confront the realities of consumerism and its impact on the art world. Artists are often compelled to compromise their vision, creating work tailored to market demands, a process that can feel like sinking deeper into the capitalist quagmire.
