Tom Place is a genre fluid bass producer whose sound is as can only be described as fun, hard & sexy—a sonic cocktail suited to late-night warehouse sessions. Born in the UK & based in London, Tom began experimenting with music production aged sixteen, with roots in UK dubstep and breaks. His sound has since evolved into a bold, artistic voice that thrives on fusing genres & BPM’s. Tom’s music is a heady collision of breakbeat, techno, electro, and UK bass. His tracks aim to subvert expectations; with an intensity that feels both futuristic and steeped in underground tradition. Since his breakout release on Bade Records in 2019; Tom has continued to sharpen his craft and expand his vision. His releases on Childsplay, Angels Gun Club, Crazed Behaviour, Typeless & Dansu Discs, have cemented him as a staple in the electronic scene. He has also had multiple collaborative releases with prolific producers including LUXE, Manao & Dagga.
