SONIC HEALING W/ SONGO ep1, is an introductory sonic journey tracing the rhythms of the Afro-diaspora across Portuguese-speaking cultures — from the ancestral inspired beats of Angola, Cape Verde, to the club soundscapes of Lisbon and the vibrant streets of Brazil.

Blending batida, kuduro, baile funk, and other percussive electronic genres, the show explores their evolution across the world, and how they are tools for liberation, and self-expression. Curated and mixed by SONGO, each episode offers a deeply intentional space where spirituality, and diaspora memory converge.

This is an offering, a space for connection and remembrance, a portal into Afro/ancestral & futuristic sound, designed to move bodies, activate spirits, and honor the pulse of ancestral rhythm in modern club culture.
